You may access and use our website and Services solely for lawful and legitimate purposes related to seeking information about or receiving in-home support services for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Any use of the Services for purposes other than those explicitly authorized by us is prohibited. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written permission.

3.    User Accounts
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately.

4.    Government Program Participation 
If you receive services funded by a public agency or government program (such as Medicaid, regional center services, or similar programs), you acknowledge that your participation may be subject to additional terms and obligations required by the applicable funding entity. We may be required to collect, use, and disclose information as specified by those programs, including for reimbursement, oversight, and regulatory compliance. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under such programs.

5.    Chatbot and Automated Tools
We may use chatbots and other automated tools to assist you in navigating our Services or obtaining general information. By interacting with these tools, you acknowledge that your communications may be monitored and logged for support, quality assurance, and improvement purposes. These tools are not a substitute for professional advice or decision-making.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
